Sutton people looking for a perfect Christmas gift can find the perfect present at a fantastic night of festive celebrations at Plantsbrook School.
The Planstsbrook Christmas Bazaar, which takes place at the school on November 28th from 6.30pm, has been organised by the PTA to raise funds for the school.
PTA Chair Phillippa Bleasdale said the event was the first of a series the PTA were organising to raise money for a wish list of equipment and activities requested by students and staff.
“It promises to be a brilliant chance to get some Christmas shopping done and to help raise money for a great cause at the same time.
“This year we asked the school council to find out from their classmates what they would like to feature on a wish list that the PTA could fund, their very own Christmas list if you like.
“All the proceeds from the Christmas Bazaar will go towards funding items including those from the list which will benefit pupils from across the school.”
The PTA is already well underway with the planning of the bazaar, which will take place in the school hall.
As well as a range of festive food and drink, there will be more than twenty stalls selling gifts, skin care and beauty products, jewellery and handbags.
Entertainment on the night will include the Plantsbrook swing band and the evening is open to all. Admission is £2 for adults and £1 for children (under 5s free).
